Most solvents are not a problem for these wheel brushes, as they have a long fatigue life. For surface finishing and deburring different base metals, abrasive nylon wheel brushes are a perfect alternative to steel filament brushes.
To follow the standard rules and practices with wheel brushes it’s important to have safety performance. Wheel brush uses is the quickest and safest speed possible but with some restrictions. To lengthen the life of brush and improve the cutting motion apply the lightest pressure possible to work piece surface and reverse the brush in now and again.
